(Portland, OR) -- A 32-year-old man is facing nearly three-dozen charges in connection to sexual assault and human trafficking. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office announced yesterday that a grand jury has issued a 35-count indictment against Johnel Johnson. Police say he kidnapped his victim and sexually assaulted them repeatedly over the course of several hours. The victim later escaped and called 9-1-1. During the investigation, evidence of another victim was discovered, and more charges were filed. Detectives are asking any other victims to come forward.
