COVID-19 Trends Mixed In Oregon

(Portland, OR) -- COVID-19 trends are mixed in Oregon. Health officials say total new cases were up 31-percent over the last week, but deaths and hospitalizations declined. The number of hospitalizations was down by nine, while the number of deaths declined by 60. The percent of positive tests rose sharply to three-point-six-percent.
