(Portland, OR) -- Oregon is set to receive over four-billion dollars in federal COVID-19 relief. KATU-2 reports the funding from the recently signed American Rescue Plan Act will be split between the state, counties and cities. Oregon as a whole will receive two-point-six-billion dollars. Portland is expected to receive over 200-million.
