(Silverton, OR)  --  One person is dead following an explosion at a seed cleaning facility near Silverton.  Firefighters responded to the scene yesterday morning to find three people trapped inside the building on the second floor.  Two people were able to make it out safely, but the third person was found dead inside the building.  Investigators believe the explosion was caused by dust.
