(Portland, OR)  --  The trend of COVID-19 cases in Oregon over the last week is slightly mixed.  The Oregon Health Authority reports new cases were down 15-percent, but deaths and hospitalizations increased slightly.  The percentage of positive tests fell from three-point-six-percent to two-point-nine.
