(Salem, OR) -- A Salem man is facing charges in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash. Police say 24-year-old Anthony Vincent crashed an SUV head-on into a pickup truck on Commercial Street Southeast near Ewald Friday night. He then allegedly walked away from the crash. Police found him at a local hospital and arrested him. A passenger in the pickup identified as 31-year-old Sarah Jensen was killed in the crash, and the driver of the pickup was hospitalized.
