City Council Holding Listening Sessions For Budget

(Portland, OR) -- The Portland City Council is holding a series of listening sessions with the community as it prepares to create a new budget. City commissioners say they want to hear from residents about their concerns for the city budget. The first listening session was held last night and focused on housing and homelessness. Additional sessions will be scheduled in the coming weeks. City council will begin putting together a budget proposal in May.
