(Portland, OR) -- A 14-year-old driver is accused in a hit-and-run crash that injured a motorcyclist in Happy Valley. Police say the teen turned himself in to Clackamas County juvenile authorities yesterday for the crash Tuesday morning at the junction of Highways 212 and 224. Police say he fled the scene in a 2009 red Cadillac DTS sedan, leaving behind the car's grill and license plate and later abandoned the vehicle at the Damascus Safeway store. Police aren't releasing his name because he's a juvenile.
