(Vancouver, WA) -- A southwest Washington state resident is facing charges in connection to the January 6th deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol building. Police arrested 41-year-old Marc Bru in Vancouver on Tuesday on several charges, including violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Police say a video recording captured Bru entering the Senate Gallery and later leaving. Bru made his first court appearance yesterday in Portland, where a judge approved his pretrial release on the condition he wear a GPS monitor. He was also ordered to surrender travel documents and firearms.
