(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police declared a riot last night for the second night in a row after roughly 100 demonstrators gathered to protest the police killing of a young Black man in a Minneapolis suburb. Police say the protesters gathered at the police union headquarters in North Portland, where they lit fires, blocked traffic and shot off fireworks. One person was arrested. The demonstrators were protesting the police killing of 20-year-old Daunte Wright during a traffic stop Sunday in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Center.
