(Portland, OR) -- Oregon's unemployment rate is down slightly. The Oregon Employment Department has released a report showing the state's jobless rage was at six-percent in March. That's down from six-point-one-percent in February. Officials say two-thirds of the jobs gained last month were in leisure and hospitality.
