Woman Charged In Connection To Tuesday Protest

(Portland, OR) -- A woman is being charged with arson and felony riot in connection to Tuesday night's protests against the police killing of Daunte Wright in a Minneapolis suburb. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office announced charges against Alma Raven-Guido yesterday. Police say she caused at least 25-thousand dollars in damages to the Portland Police Association building by pouring flammable liquid on it and lighting a fire. Raven-Guido is also being charged with felony riot for a separate incident during a protest at City Hall in August.
