Woman Arrested For Allegedly Setting Fire To Homeless Encampment

(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges after allegedly setting fire to a homeless encampment in Portland's Old Town.  The Portland Police Bureau says 20-year-old Alisha Ikola lit the fire Saturday morning at Northwest 4th Avenue and Northwest Davis Street.  Responding officers arrived on scene to find the encampment fully engulfed in flames.  No injuries were reported, but the encampment was destroyed.  Police arrested Ikola for second-degree arson.
