(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Vancouver are investigating an incident in which a newspaper delivery man allegedly shot and killed a man after finding him inside his car.  Police say the 35-year-old man got out of his car while delivering newspapers early Saturday morning and then returned to find a strange man sitting inside his vehicle.  The delivery man pulled out his gun and shot the stranger.  Police say he had a concealed weapons permit.  It's not yet clear whether the man will face any charges.  An investigation is ongoing.
