(Portland, OR)  --  Eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine expands to everyone ages 16 and up in Oregon starting today.  Health officials caution there's still a shortage of vaccine, and there won't be enough for everyone to get a shot until June 1st.  Currently, around a quarter of all Oregonians are fully vaccinated.
