Health Officials Warn Of Increase In Fentanyl OD Deaths In Portland

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland health officials are warning residents about an increase in overdose deaths from counterfeit pills known as Blues of M30s.  Tri-County Health Officer Dr. Jennifer Vines says the drugs contain fentanyl, which can be fatal even in small amounts.  Last year, the number of overdose deaths in Multnomah County increased, mirroring a national trend.
