(Albany, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested two suspects on bias crime charges in connection to the assault of a 13-year-old Black boy in Albany. The Albany Police Department says officers have arrested a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl for the assault on April 13th.  Police are still searching for three more 16-year-old boys in connection to the assault.  The Albany Police Department has released a statement saying the crime shows the ugliness of hate and racism, and that it has no place in the community.
