Police Release Details In Deadly Shooting Involving Newspaper Delivery Driver

(Vancouver, WA)  --  New details are emerging about a fatal weekend shooting involving a newspaper delivery driver in Vancouver.  The Vancouver Police Department says 35-year-old Justin Vallandingham got out of his car while delivering newspapers early Saturday morning and returned to find 29-year-old Kin Bossy sitting in the driver's seat.  Police say Vallandingham had left the vehicle unlocked and running.  Vallandingham tells police he shot Bossy after Bossy leaned toward the car's center console, saying he thought he was leaning over to grab a weapon.  Bossy died from his injuries.  No arrests have been made.
