New COVID-19 Cases, Hospitalizations Up In OR For Fourth Week

(Portland, OR)  --  New COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are up in Oregon for the fourth week in a row.  The Oregon Health Authority says the number of new cases is up 27-percent.  Hospitalizations are up by 15 patients for a total of 171 people currently hospitalized with the virus.  Oregon's positive test rate has increased to five-point-three-percent.  Officials say 60-percent of the new cases are in people younger than 70.
