Josephine and Yamhill counties will move from High to Moderate. Harney County has rising case numbers and will move up from Lower to Moderate Risk on Friday. Clackamas County remains at High Risk, because the vaccination rate is nearly 63-percent and needs to reach 65-percent to move to Lower Risk.
