Construction, professional and business services, and retail trade also added jobs. Health care lost 11-hundred jobs. Construction and wholesale trade have set records for their highest employment levels ever. Oregon's unemployment rate dropped to four-point-two percent in November, down from four-point-four percent in October. The U.S. unemployment rate was also four-point-two percent.
