The latest University of Oregon Regional Economic Indexes show modest but continued improvement as Oregon moves out of the recession.  Economist Tim Duy thinks recent stock market losses are knee-jerk reactions to a shift in the policies that bolstered the national recovery.  In Oregon, metro areas are showing the strongest economic recovery.
