(Portland, OR) -- A 13-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries after a tire iron was thrown into a moving car, hitting the boy. The incident happened near Southeast 120th and Foster Road on Saturday evening. The boy was driven to a hospital. Police talked to witnesses who confirmed what happened.
