(Portland, OR) -- Another atmospheric river is rolling into the Portland area this weekend, bringing more heavy rain and potential flooding. Forecasters say heavy rainfall will return to the Pacific Northwest Saturday into early Sunday, dumping more water into rivers that are still running high from the last atmospheric river that soaked the region earlier this week.
