(Portland, OR) -- A driver who was shot at has been charged with manslaughter after a crash that killed a cyclist. The incident happened early Sunday morning near Southeast Belmont and Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard. Police found an adult male cyclist with serious injuries. He later died at a hospital. The driver fled the scene, but was held by community members until police arrived. Police say someone shot at 22-year-old Shane McKeever before that crash. The shooter hasn't been found. Several witnesses fled the scene before being interviewed by police. McKeever is charged with manslaughter and reckless driving.
