(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police are asking for help locating a homeless man who's wanted for a fatal shooting in 2022. Jacob Fitzgerald is 23-years-old. He's believed to have been involved in a shooting that killed Otis Abner. Detectives also think he was involved in a shooting earlier this month that injured a man who witnessed the shooting that killed Abner. Fitzgerald is white, six-feet two-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He's often in the North Columbia Boulevard area. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
