(Portland, OR) -- The City of Portland wants you to get home safe if you're celebrating St. Patrick's Day in the city. They will be offering discounts on taxi, Uber and Lyft rides. Between 5 p.m. on Friday March 15th and 3 a.m. on Monday, discount coupons will be available. Paper coupons for up to 20-dollars off a taxi ride will be available at many locations.
