(Portland, OR) -- People celebrating St. Patrick's Day around Portland this weekend can get a free ride. The city is offering discounts on taxi, Uber and Lyft rides to help residents get home safe. This starts tonight and will be available between 5 p.m. and 3 a.m. on Monday. Discount codes will be added to the Uber and Lyft apps starting at 8 o'clock this morning.
