(Portland, OR) -- A suspect in a series of identity thefts and forgeries over the years is jailed. Forty-seven-year-old Donna Morriss was arrested in Portland earlier this month. Now, the Multnomah County District Attorney's office has indicted her on 46 charges in four separate cases. A number of the indicted charges, including Aggravated Identity Theft and Forgery, are supported by allegations that the victims were vulnerable, either elderly or disabled adults. Investigators believe there may be more victims and urge them to come forward.
