(Portland, OR) -- Multnomah County officials are working to add 250 more recovery housing beds. The roughly 14-and-half-million-dollar project is being supported by the county general fund, opioid settlement dollars, and the tri-county Supportive Housing Services tax. The spaces are needed to free up residential addiction treatment beds while still supporting patients as they work to better their lives, according to Fora Health CEO Devarshi Bajpai.
