Triple-A reports the national average declined three cents over the last week to 3-dollars-and-13-cents a gallon and Oregon's average fell three cents to 3-dollars-and-64-cents. Crude oil has dropped below 70 dollars a barrel, as Israel has avoided attacking Iran's oil and nuclear infrastructure. A lack of demand for has in the U.S. is also helping to push prices down.
