(Happy Valley, OR) -- Santa and Community Safety Officers from the City of Happy Valley brought Christmas cheer to dogs waiting for new homes at Clackamas County Dog Services. Earthwise Pet donated gourmet dog food, bones and toys. The dogs sat on Santa's lap and picked treats out of Santa's bag.
