(Portland, OR) -- Portland is accepting applications for its fourth round of funding from the Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund. Sixty-seven-million-dollars will be spent on projects that improve energy efficiency, reduce transportation pollution, and enhance regenerative agriculture.
