(Clackamas County, OR) -- The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that killed a 12-year-old boy. Deputies responded to a report that a 12-year-old boy had shot himself last Tuesday. The boy was found in the back yard of a home with a life-threatening injury. The boy died at a hospital on Saturday. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death. The boy was a student at Hosford Middle School.
