The White House says it's in response to a conservative think tank that claims the state is violating civil rights laws by allowing transgender students to compete in girls' sports. The Administration is threatening to withhold federal funds to Oregon if the state is found allowing transgender students to compete. President Trump signed an executive order prohibiting transgender athletes from competing in women's sports.
