Police: Owner Of Truck Not Cooperating In Hit-and-run Investigation

(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver police say the owner of a pickup truck that's been seized as evidence in the case of a fatal hit-and-run isn't cooperating with investigators.  The truck was located Tuesday night at an apartment complex a few blocks from the crash scene.  Police believe it's the vehicle that struck two women as they were in a crosswalk at the intersection of Northeast 72nd Avenue and Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive Sunday night.  Forty-five-year-old Raisa Mosh died at the scene and 28-year-old Irina Gardinant died Monday at a hospital.
