(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Milwaukie police are looking for a man accused of kidnapping a woman who was later able to escape.  Authorities say 49-year-old Kelly Vern Swoboda is considered armed and dangerous.  Swoboda is accused of assaulting and abducting the victim Monday night from a tanning salon, and is reported to be driving a purple minivan.  The woman escaped by jumping from the suspect's moving vehicle and is currently in a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
