(Roseburg, OR)  --  Oregon State Police say a Roseburg man is dead after he was hit by a semi-truck while trying to cross Interstate 5 on foot.  Troopers say 55-year-old Ronald Page darted in front of the southbound tractor-trailer rig just south of Roseburg around 11:45 yesterday morning.  Police say the truck driver was unable to avoid hitting Page, who died at the scene.
