Bail Set At $1 Million For Suspect In Fatal Hit-and-run

(Vancouver, WA)  --  Bail is set at one-million dollars for Brandon C. Smith, who's suspected of driving the vehicle that killed two women in a Vancouver hit-and-run.  Smith is facing charges of felony hit-and-run and vehicular homicide in the deaths of Irina Gardinant and Raisa Mosh, who were hit while crossing on foot at the intersection of Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive and 72nd Avenue on the night of January 19th.  Smith will be arraigned on February 7th, along with his girlfriend, Kalista Andino, and his mother, Linda Smith, who are accused of witness tampering.
