(Clear Lake, OR)  --  Linn County authorities say a Forest Grove man drowned while scuba diving in Clear Lake.  Investigators say 49-year-old James Paul Ward drowned yesterday morning while diving with two other people.  Authorities say Ward's scuba tank still contained about two-thousand pounds of air when his body was recovered.  Officials say there's no sign of a malfunction in Ward's dive equipment.
