(Cannon Beach, OR) -- Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a suspect accused of killing an elk in Cannon Beach. Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife troopers say the elk was found dead on the east side of town at South Spruce and East Adams streets. A witness saw a vehicle speed away and then found the elk dead. Troopers are asking for surveillance video to help identify the poaching suspect.
