Jahangeer Ali owned Oregon Clinical Laboratory, a company that is accused of submitting false claims of genetic testing to Medicare Advantage plans resulting in a loss of over 15-million-dollars. Mehdrad Gerami was charged in connection with a sleep study that resulted in a loss of two-point-one-million-dollars.
