(Salem, OR) -- Two more Oregon counties are under drought declarations. Governor Tina Kotek added Josephine and Wasco counties to the list of 17 counties suffering from drought. All of Josephine County is in some form of drought, with 46 percent considered severe. In Wasco County, 54 percent is in moderate drought, with 23 percent considered severe.
