(Forest Grove, OR)  --  A car was pulled over in Forest Grove after a seven-year-old child was spotted driving it while in his mother's lap.  Police say it was initially thought the mother and a passenger were under the influence, but it was later determined that a medical situation might be involved.  An ambulance was dispatched after the car was safely pulled over yesterday at an apartment complex on Main Street in Forest Grove.  Police continue to investigate.
