(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Authorities say a man who was shot and killed by police near Wilson High School in Portland was wanted on charges of kidnapping and robbery.  Investigators say 49-year-old Kelly Swoboda was suspected in the violent kidnapping of a Milwaukie woman at a tanning salon in January.  Swoboda was also believed to have committed bank robberies in Eugene, Milwaukie, and Portland.  Police killed Swoboda Wednesday afternoon while responding to a report of a suspicious man seen in the area of Wilson High School.
