(Portland, OR) -- Portland's Free Trees program is back. Renters, homeowners, business owners and educators can apply for free trees. They hope to plant 10-thousand trees a year by 2028. Money to pay for the program comes from the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund. Neighborhoods with the least tree canopy get higher priority.
