(Portland, OR) -- A heat advisory has been issued for Portland through tomorrow night. The latest wave of heat is expected to push temperatures to some of the hottest conditions so far this summer. Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 90s today and tomorrow. Much of the state remains under some sort of drought.
