(Portland, OR) -- Police have one person in custody in connection with a car that crashed into a paint store in southeast Portland yesterday. The accident happened just before five o-clock when police responded to a report of a car that crashed into the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store on Southeast Division Street in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. The suspect driver fled the scene and was captured later. Several people inside the store were injured but are expected to recover.
