(Portland, OR) - An Oregon hospitality company has purchased Portland's RiverPlace Hotel. Amaterra Hospitality Group announced this week it acquired the waterfront property for 11-million dollars. The company says it plans to revitalize the hotel while preserving its role as a destination for visitors and residents. CoralTree Hospitality will continue managing the property.
