Mass Shooter Dies In Prison

(Ontario, OR) -- A man who was convicted for one of Oregon's worst mass murders has died in prison. It was almost 48 years ago that unemployed trucker Dewitt Henry opened fire inside Uncle Albert's Lounge in Klamath Falls. He killed six people, including a pregnant woman. He was later wounded in a shootout with state troopers. Henry was sentenced to six consecutive life sentences. He died Saturday at the Snake River Correctional Institution, at the age of 75.
